Privacy Policy
Last updated 27 July 2026
This describes what Ai Boulder Mountain Tech actually collects when you use The Marquee, which third parties hold it, and how to get it removed. It lists our real service providers rather than a generic template, so you can check it against what you see.
1. Two different relationships
This matters for who is responsible for what.
- If you are an Organiser (you have a Marquee account), we handle your data directly and this policy describes what we do with it.
- If you bought a ticket or product from a storefront, the Organiser is responsible for your data. We hold and process it on their behalf so their storefront works. Requests to delete or correct that data are best sent to the Organiser you bought from — though you can always contact us and we will help.
2. What we collect
From Organisers:
- Account details — email address and name, used to sign you in and contact you.
- Workspace content — your storefront settings, events, products, posts, images and branding.
- Your Stripe connection status. We never receive or store your Stripe login or your payout details.
From buyers on a storefront:
- Name and email address, so a ticket or receipt can be sent.
- Order details — what was bought, when, and for how much.
- Anything submitted through an Organiser’s lead form or popup, which may include a phone number.
3. Who processes it
We use a small number of providers. Each holds only what it needs to do its job:
- Supabase — our database and login system. Hosted in the Tokyo (ap-northeast-1) region. Holds account details, workspace content and order records.
- Stripe — payments and membership billing. Holds payment and payout data.
- Vercel — hosting and delivery of the site itself.
- Resend — transactional email: tickets, receipts and broadcasts you send. All platform email is sent from tickets@themarquee.pro.
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — membership signup and checkout for paid plans.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
4. Cookies and tracking
We keep our own cookie use minimal:
- A login session cookie, so you stay signed in.
- A small preference cookie recording which workspace you last had open.
- A short-lived cookie on storefront tracking links, used to attribute a sale to the link that produced it.
5. How long we keep it
Account and workspace data is kept while the account is open. Order and ticket records are kept while the Organiser’s account is open, because they are the Organiser’s commercial records and may be needed for tax, disputes and chargebacks. When an account is deleted, its workspace data — including its events, products, posts and order records — is deleted along with it.
6. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to certain processing, or to complain to a data protection regulator.
Email info@bouldermountaintech.com and we will respond. We may need to verify who you are first, and we may need to keep records we are legally required to retain.
7. Security
Data is isolated per workspace at the database level, so one Organiser cannot read another’s records. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Payment card data never reaches us. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data we will tell you.
8. Children
The Marquee is not intended for children, and Organiser accounts are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child’s data has been submitted, contact us and we will remove it.
9. International transfers
Our providers operate globally, so your data may be processed outside the country you live in — our database is hosted in Japan, and Stripe, Vercel, Resend and GoHighLevel operate in the United States and elsewhere.
10. Changes
We will update this policy as the Platform changes, and the “last updated” date above will change with it. Material changes affecting Organisers will be announced by email.
