Check-in at the door

Check-in lives in Backstage and runs in the browser, so there is no app to install. Point the camera at a ticket QR and it validates on the spot: a good ticket shows green, while a used or refunded ticket is refused with the reason.

If the camera is out, the same page searches attendees by name or email and checks them in from the list, so a dead battery at the door is a ten-second problem.

Every scan is recorded on the ticket, so after the show you know exactly who came.
