Create your first event

From Backstage, choose Create → Event. An event can sell paid tickets or collect free RSVPs — you pick the mode when you create it and can keep drafts private until they are ready.

Paid events take ticket tiers: each tier has a name, a price, a quantity, an optional per-order limit, and optional sale windows. Early-bird pricing is just a tier with an end date.

Publishing puts the event on your storefront and, the same minute, on the Discover rail where members browse what is on. Unpublishing pulls it back without deleting anything.
