The last hundred tickets

Almost every event stalls somewhere around 60 to 70% sold. The people who wanted to come already bought. What is left is the group that needs a reason to decide today. Here is the sequence that usually restarts it.

Check where the sales actually came from

Before adding anything new, open your tracking links. If one poster or one bio link drove most of the sales, the answer is more of that surface, not a new idea.

If nothing is attributed, that is the finding: make a tracked link per surface now so the next stall has an answer.

Add a reason, not a discount

Discounting two weeks out teaches your audience to wait next time. Add something instead: a support act announcement, a doors-open extra, a first-fifty perk.

A new tier with a small quantity does this cleanly — "Late Add: 50 tickets" reads as news, not desperation.

Ask the room to bring someone

Broadcast to existing ticket-holders with one instruction: bring one person. They already believe; they are the cheapest sales channel you have.

Give them the storefront link in the email so forwarding it works.
